A TRV is a radiator valve which self regulates. The valve will sense the air temperature around them and regulate the flow of hot water through the radiator.
A TRV provides greater control of heat from each individual radiator and individual radiators can be set to different temperatures to allow inidividual rooms to be heated to the required temperature. Unused rooms can therefore be set to a minimum and reduce costly heating bills.
Radiator temperatures can be adjusted quickly as required.
TRV's provide improved efficiencies by only heating to the required settings.
