What is the F-Gas Regulation?

The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2009 came into effect on 9th March 2009.

The regulation sets out the legal obligations for companies and qualifications required by personnel working with Fluorinated gases.

ABC has highly experienced, C&G F Gas 2079 Cat 1 qualified engineers to provide all the services involved with Refrigerants.

For most companies you need to:

Check AC equipment for leakage
Keep appropriate records,
Use appropriately qualified engineers or personnel
Ensure proper recovery of F gases to ensure the recycling, reclamation or destruction
Ensure that only refillable containers are used for transporting gases
Plan for future market prohibitions
